Free library cards are issued to residents or property owners in Okaloosa County upon presentation of proof of residency.

Minimal fees are charged to out of county patrons and seasonal visitors.

Fines for overdue materials are 10 cents per day with the exception of videos, which are $1.00 per day. Lost or damaged materials are charged at the replacement cost.

Circulation periods for all materials are 2 weeks. These can be extended on-line or by telephone to avoid late fees.
