Online forms will be processed and made available for delivery or pickup at City Hall during normal business hours*.

*If picking up your pass at City Hall, passes will be available until 4:30 PM during normal business hours. 
You can schedule a pickup time after payment (*if applicable) has been made and notification has been sent by staff.

Option 1 – All City of Destin residents who reside within the incorporated area of Destin are eligible to purchase an annual resident pass from the city for $30 (valid Jan. 1-Dec. 31). The fee for senior citizens age 65 and up is $25. This pass is only valid at Henderson Beach State Park. Limit of one pass per household. Limit of 8 people per vehicle. Passes must be affixed to the driver’s side windshield to be valid. Residents must provide proof of residency at the time of purchase. Passes may be obtained at Destin City Hall or the Destin Community Center. Submit Online

Option 2 (Must use Option 2 for Walker/Bicycle Pass) – Destin residents who reside within the incorporated area of Destin have another option for obtaining an annual beach pass. Residents may purchase a Florida State Park Annual Pass (individual or family) directly from any Florida State Park or online at the Florida State Parks Online Shop, present the receipt of purchase and reimbursement request form at Destin City Hall, and receive a $30 rebate* from the city (rebate not available if a Florida State Annual Pass is received for free). Proof of residency applies. Submit Online

*Rebates will be processed during the city’s next available check run. Check runs are completed each Thursday and mailed each Friday.

Joes Bayou

Joe's Bayou Boat Launch

Free annual Joe's Bayou Boat Launch passes are available for Destin residents who reside within the incorporated area of Destin (limit of one pass per household). Passes can be obtained at Destin City Hall or the Destin Community Center. Residents must provide a valid driver license showing Destin residency, as well as their boat and trailer registration information. Residents may purchase additional boat launch passes for $50 each. The daily fee for non-pass holders is $25. Submit Online

Non-residents may purchase annual Joe's Bayou Boat Launch passes for $205 each. Boat registration must be provided. If a trailer registration is applicable to your state please provide the registration as well. Submit Online

Parking Pass

Free annual parking passes are available for Destin residents who reside within the incorporated area of Destin (limit of two passes per household) for use in paid parking areas along Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, Gulf Shore Drive on Holiday Isle and the Destin Harbor District parking area. Passes can be obtained at Destin City Hall. Residents must provide a valid driver license showing Destin residency, as well as their vehicle tag and registration information. Submit Online

BEACH PARKING: Residents without a pass, as well as visitors, will pay a rate of $20 per 4 hours for beach parking. 

HARBOR DISTRICT PARKING: Residents without a pass, as well as visitors, will pay a flat rate of $15 for all day parking

Handicapped vehicles can park for free. These areas are available for use between the hours of 3 a.m. to 11 p.m.
