Residential Rentals

The City of Destin recognizes that the unregulated rental of single-family dwelling units by seasonal residents uniquely impacts certain neighborhoods within the city. Therefore, it is necessary and in the interest of the public health, safety and welfare to monitor and provide reasonable means for the citizens of Destin to mitigate impacts created by such rental of single-family dwelling units within the city limits.
