The City of Destin, Florida, is currently receiving sealed competitive proposals for a Paid Parking Solution Contract for City parking lots for three years with the option for two additional one-year renewals, not to exceed five years. The Scope of Work will include, but not be limited to, software, hardware, and customer services to support an existing Paid Parking Program. The successful Bidder shall be required to supply the City with copies of current Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation coverages. Bids must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFP No. 23-13-PW, PAID PARKING SOLUTION”, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the bidder, no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, on Thursday, December 14, 2023. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or portions thereof, to waive minor defects and informalities in the process, to accept the Bid(s) or take any other actions deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.
